Till date, I keep a record of everything in my life. And every night before I sleep I make a diary entry summarising my day. I have an excellent memory, but a short pencil is still longer than a long memory.

As a man, always keep records. Because your word is not as powerful as a woman’s voice when it comes to accusations. Don’t be quick to delete emails, WhatsApp chats and DMs because a relationship went sour. Keep your receipts. Get an iCloud account and pay Apple their small $3.99 a month. Keep them for decades. Prisons are full of silly, innocent men who thought their sincerity was enough to clear them. Careers of brilliant men have dimmed because they were book smart but record dumb. Learn from them or be one of them!
