I’ve come to discover that money is not the only value you can invest into people. You can also invest knowledge into people around you.

Words are seeds and they have the capacity to inspire men and to redirect to the right track those who are almost on the verge of giving up.

Never use your words to kill someone’s morale. Never use your words to damage people’s confidence in themselves.

Words are seeds and they carry great influence. In case you don’t know, you may forget what you have spoken into another person’s life, but the person into whose life you spoke those harsh words may never forget them. In the situation where the tide eventually turns, you will be ashamed of yourself seeing a person you once wrote off now doing good in life.

The same is applicable to the positive words or words of encouragement we speak to people. You may forget the words of encouragement that came out of your mouth, but the people to whom you spoke those words back then will never forget how you were there for them when they needed someone and how your words kept them going.

Kindness is not just in actions but also in words. There are kind words just as there are kind deeds.
